WINE CLUB BENEFITS*
As a member of our wine club, you will receive 2 exclusive bottles of premium wine each month. Wines will be sommelier-selected and come from all over the world.
Your wine club selections will be available for pick up at our monthly Wine Club Socials held the first Saturday of the month. At the social, you and a guest will enjoy wine and small bites, and mingle with fellow wine club friends and neighbors.
As long as you are a member, you and a guest will receive a 10% discount every time you dine-in at CiBi.
You and a guest will also receive a 10% discount on our wine pairing dinner events.
As a gift for joining, you will receive a coupon for a complimentary hand-tossed pizza the next time you dine-in at the restaurant.
Wine Club price is $65 per month.

Must be 21 or older to join the wine club. ID is required for wine pick-up.

Member price is $65 per person. Upon sign up, members will receive a secure link to enter payment information. Monthly payments will be drawn on the 15th of every month.

After the first payment, member will receive a coupon for one free pizza to be redeemed for dine-in or take-out only (does not apply to online orders). Maximum value of $22.00. Coupon is not redeemable for cash, or in combination with any other coupon or promotion. Coupon may not be reproduced, re-posted, sold, transferred or traded. CiBi may refuse to honor or accept any coupon it believes to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Sales tax paid by bearer.

Wine will be available for pick up at the Wine Club Socials (located at CiBi) on the first Saturday of the month (exact date and time will be announced each month via email and Facebook post). Membership includes you and a guest, additional guests are $20 per person. If you can not pick up your wine at this time, we will hold your order for 60 days.

Cancel your Wine Club membership at any time by filling out this Cancellation Form. Please allow 10 business days to process and finalize this request. Cancellation requests not received 10 business days prior to processing a club order are not guaranteed.
